What Syarikat Jaya is

Syarikat Jaya is a comparison directory, not an operator. Every brand on this site is an independent third party with its own terms, licensing and payment handling. Our role is to record what each brand publishes, sort it into consistent promotion categories — Free Credit, Welcome Bonus, Welcome Back and New Register — and explain the terminology so a reader can tell the categories apart before choosing where to go.

The site is published in three languages. Each language version carries the same promotion data; only the explanatory copy is localised.

How a brand gets listed

A brand appears in this directory when all of the following hold:

• It operates a live, publicly reachable site serving the Malaysian market.
• It publishes its promotion terms — amount, eligibility, turnover and withdrawal conditions — where a user can read them before claiming.
• Its current promotion labels can be recorded and re-checked against that published source.

Listing order on comparison pages is not sold. Where a brand appears in a table, its position reflects the layout of that page, not a paid placement.

How promotion data is checked

Promotion figures on this site are a snapshot, recorded against each brand's own published promotion page at the time of the last update. They are re-checked when the site is updated, and the date of that update is shown in the footer of every page.

This matters because promotional terms change without notice. Nothing on Syarikat Jaya overrides the destination brand's current terms. If a figure here and a figure on the brand's own page disagree, the brand's page is correct and this page is out of date — please tell us so we can fix it.

What we do not claim

• We do not guarantee that any promotion is still available, or that any reader will be eligible for it.
• We do not describe an offer as "no deposit" unless the brand's own terms say so; where that is unclear, the guide says how to verify it instead.
• We do not publish user reviews, ratings or testimonials, so none of the content here is presented in someone else's voice.
